● This giveaway is open to entrants over the age of 18, by entering you confirm you meet this requirement.
● The giveaway is free to enter.
● Entries are counted if the entrant fills in this form by the closing date. Entries received after the closing date will not be counted in the prize draw. Durrants Holiday Cottages and Sandy Paws will not accept any responsibility for late or lost entries and cannot be held responsible for any inability to submit entries as a result of a technical malfunction on the website.
● Only one entry per email address per person will be accepted into the giveaway prize draw.
● The giveaway includes a hamper from Sandy Paws, Kessingland, and a one-day hire of a Southwold beach hut within the Durrants Holiday Cottages beach hut portfolio. Please note that only selected beach huts are available to hire for the day and are subject to availability. The beach hut day hire cannot take place during school holidays or peak times and must be booked by 01/09/2025. The date of hire must commence before 31/12/2025.
● Beach hut day hire commences at 10.30am and keys must be returned to us by 8.00pm.
● The prizes are non-exchangeable, non-transferable and no cash alternative will be offered. Once the beach hut day hire has been booked, the dates will be non-transferrable for any reason.
● The winner will be chosen at random and contacted via email by Durrants Holiday Cottages.
● We reserve the right to substitute prizes with another prize of equal or higher value if circumstances beyond our control make it necessary to do so.
● If the winner does not respond within 7 days they will lose their right to the giveaway prizes and Durrants Holiday Cottages reserve the right to select another winner.
