1) This Competition is open to residents of the United Kingdom only, except employees of George Durrant and Sons LTD, Images by Anna and The Southwold Flower Company, including their families and business partners.

2) All entrants must be aged 18 or over.

3) To enter the prize draw all entrants must fulfil the criteria highlighted within the prize draw page. By entering the competition you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions (which may be amended or varied at any time by us with or without notice) and by our decisions which are final and no correspondence or discussion shall be entered into.

4) We cannot accept group or organisation entries and only one entry per person will qualify.

5) Only entries that have been completed correctly and in full will be entered into the prize draw. Durrants Holiday Cottages, Images by Anna and Southwold Flower Company will not accept any responsibility for late, lost, delayed or damaged entries and cannot be held responsible for any inability to submit entries as a result of a technical malfunction.

6) There will be one prize winner only. All Prizes can only be redeemed by the prize winner and must not be sold on or gifted to family members.

7) The winner will be selected at random and contacted via email by Durrants Holiday Cottages. By accepting the prize, the prize winner agrees that their details will be passed onto Images by Anna for the purpose of the photoshoot.

8) The winner will receive a short break stay at Eastholme in Southwold which can only be redeemed through Durrants Holiday Cottages. Eastholme accommodates up to six guests and the winners stay must not exceed this number of guests. This prize is non-transferrable to another holiday cottage within the portfolio.

9) The winner will also receive a ‘Package Three’ photoshoot with Images by Anna which will take place on Friday 6^th October in an area of your choice within Southwold only. Please refer to Images by Anna’s separate terms and conditions here. The photoshoot will last up to one hour.

10) The short break stay must be taken from Thursday 5^th – Sunday 8^th October 2023. The photoshoot with Images by Anna will take place on Friday 6^th October 2023 (time and details to be confirmed with Images by Anna once the winner has been contacted). Only the prize winner and guests staying at the holiday cottage can take part in the photoshoot (names will be collected when the prize winner is contacted). Additional prints may be purchased subject to separate agreement with Images by Anna. An edited online gallery will be available to view up to four weeks after the photoshoot. The winner will also receive a gift voucher from Southwold Flower Company which can be used on all Southwold Flower Company purchases excluding wedding flower orders.

11) The holiday dates and photoshoot dates cannot be transferred to alternative dates due to any reason.

12) The Southwold Flower Company voucher will be presented to the winner upon arrival.

13) The prize must be accepted as awarded and is non-transferable, and there are no cash alternatives. If, due to circumstances beyond our control, we are unable to provide the stated prize, we reserve the right to award a substitute prize of equal or greater value. The competition is subject to applicable UK laws.

14) The prize winner agrees to send Durrants Holiday Cottages images of their competition stay which Durrants Holiday Cottages can use on their social media channels – Facebook, Twitter and Instagram.

15) Competition opens Tuesday 18^th April 2023 and closes at 00.00hrs on Friday 2nd June 2023.  Entries received after this time will not be entered into the prize draw.
