Welcome the first sunrise of midsummer in the UK’s most easterly town with the First Light Festival. The festival is jam-packed with mini events, workshops and classes including music, dance, theatre, science, wellbeing, comedy and sports. The First Light Festival is a free festival suitable for everyone. All events take place across Lowestoft, from its sandy beaches to, the Seagull Theatre, East Point Pavilion and other landmarks across the town.

There’s something for everyone at Framlingham’s Country Show, especially if you want to take your four-legged companion. The Framlingham Country Show is a wonderful showcase of mini attractions such as dog shows, competitions and classes; falconry; cooking demonstrations; donkey rides; puppet shows – the list is endless! It isn’t a summer trip to Suffolk without stopping in at Framlingham.

A weekend event set in the renowned Heveningham Hall grounds, the Country Fair is a jam-packed weekend event to enjoy with family or friends with a range of interests and hobbies.
