Waimana is a beautiful refurbished detached bungalow with a New England style front addition. Spacious and light, the property was built in the 1920s as a retreat for a retiring sailor. It has stunning uninterrupted views over marshland and is conveniently located within close proximity to the town, beach, boating lake and award-winning Southwold Pier. The interior has a subtle retro nautical feel but boasts a number of modern features such as under floor heating, a vaulted roof light and bi- folding doors onto the decking area. The garden at Waimana is a hidden gem with lawned area, patio and summer house offering seclusion and privacy, the perfect place for some al fresco dining. There's also the huge benefit of sought after off road parking.
