Situated in Southwold’s Tibby’s Lane development built in 2012, The Sanderling is a contemporary three-floor townhouse with a fabulous central location tucked away just behind Adnams Cellar and Kitchen. With four generously sized bedrooms, this holiday home is ideal for large families or groups of friends in search of a sociable holiday.

The ground floor is entirely open plan and with its crisp white walls and oak flooring throughout has a real feeling of space whilst managing to retain a homely feel. There’s plenty of lounge seating and a dining table for eight and a sleek kitchen with top quality appliances, including a dishwasher. The kitchen island is a great place to gather for a spot of social cooking, whilst enjoying a few nibbles and a glass of Adnams Prosecco! There’s a lovely courtyard too, perfect for Al Fresco dining.

The first floor is home to three of the property’s four bedrooms. The first is a generously proportioned room with king-size bed, plenty of storage space and a large en suite shower room. The remaining two bedrooms on this floor are spacious twin rooms suitable for adults or children. You’ll also find the family bathroom on this floor which has a shower over the bath.

Even though the entire house is stunning, there may be squabbles over who’s going to be the lucky guests to take the master bedroom, which is on the second floor and boasts a super-king sleigh bed, Juliet balcony and large en suite with a double rainhead shower!

A security deposit of £150 is required four weeks prior to your holiday.
This property can accommodate up to eight guests however due to layout we think it best suits six adults and two children.
