There are three bedrooms here, two doubles and a single. The single room also has a pull-out bed ideal for a sixth guest if required. The lounge is warm and inviting with TV, DVD and smart speaker and has a woodburner for cosy winter evenings. The galley-style kitchen is well equipped for cooking family meals during your stay that can be enjoyed around the dining table in the conservatory or al fresco in the mature garden. Outside there’s the added bonus of private parking on the gravel driveway and a shed perfect for storing bicycles, golf clubs or beach equipment.

Shower/Wet Room: Double headed shower (one fixed, one hand-held), WC and vanity unit.
Conservatory: Dining table and chairs, two lounge chairs.
Outside: Enclosed, mature rear garden with patio area and lawn. Accessible via side gate. Shed for storage of bicycles, golf clubs, and beach equipment. Gravel driveway with parking for two cars.
NEED TO KNOW
This is a dog-friendly property. Two dogs can be accommodated with prior approval from the owner (subject to size/breed of the dogs). Dogs must not be left unattended at the property at any time and are not permitted on the furniture. Please bring bedding for dogs.
Towels and linen are provided for up to 5 guests. If the pull-out bed is required, please bring your own bedding and towels.
Being a bungalow with a non-slip wet/shower room, this property is well suited to those with mobility issues. Please note however, that there is a step up to enter the property from both the front and back.
