The site was converted in the early 2000s and forms part of a lovely private courtyard of houses with direct access to the Common. Happy Days has a lovely south-facing courtyard which is a real sun-trap during the summer months. You can enjoy a morning cup of coffee or a glass of chilled wine and relax in comfort.

The property has gas central heating.
One small well-behaved dog is welcome at this property.
There is no parking with the property however on-street parking can be found in Wymering Road and Blackmill Road, or there is free car parking along The Common.
