This spectacular holiday home has recently undergone a full renovation and offers a truly luxurious space where families or groups of friends can enjoy time together in complete comfort. The owners’ careful attention to detail is evident throughout from décor to facilities.

The roomy lounge, with large bay window, deep corner sofa and fireplace is a haven of relaxation. A cool, coastal colour palette is complemented with vibrant painting and prints whilst pale oak shelves and tasteful ornaments and lamps complete the seaside-chic look. There’s a smart TV giving access to a variety of streaming services and a good selection of books and games for more traditional evening entertainment.

The open-plan kitchen/dining room/lounge has the real ‘wow-factor’ and is a wonderfully social space. With large glass doors to the rear garden, a bay window to the side and glass vaulted ceiling, the room is flooded with light. There’s under-floor heating too for the ultimate in comfort, especially during the cooler months. The kitchen is superbly equipped with all the utilities and gadgets you could wish for on holiday. The dining area is perfect for busy breakfasts or long, chatty evening meals and the lounge area with comfy corner sofa and smart TV is ideal loafing!

The back patio garden extends seamlessly from the kitchen/diner with glass sliding doors separating the two. There’s a dining table and chairs of the top level of the patio and comfy sofa seating in the back corner.

Upstairs are three large, en suite bedrooms. A soft coastal grey scheme is used throughout creating a calm and relaxing atmosphere. The master bedroom, located to the front of the property has a large bay window and en suite bathroom with hand-held shower over the bath. There’s a second double room to the back of the house and a large twin room too, each with heavenly walk in showers.

Outside there is ample parking for 2 cars as well as an electric car charging point.

  • Fantastic location - only a 5 min walk to the High Street or Prom. A quiet road so very little traffic. Being able to park on the drive is a bonus. Lovely big rooms with lots of little things that you might need if you forgot something! Plenty of cupboard space if you are self-catering.

  • Very nice interior, very comfortable setting, all 3 bedrooms en suite was useful. Parking in the area can be busy even in Autumn months when we visited, so the off street parking was appreciated, driveway could squeeze 3 cars on if needed. Great location, a few minutes walk from the beach and halfway between the Pier and the town centre, would stay here again if in the area.
