26 Pier Avenue is the perfect Southwold holiday home for generations of families to enjoy quality time together in a beautiful seaside setting. This renovated 1930s property has a range of bedroom configurations to suit your holiday needs, a delightful balcony terrace for soaking up the Southwold sunshine and a short walk takes you to the quirky Pier and sandy blue-flag beach.

The real hub of the home is the large kitchen area. The large dining table makes it easy for everyone to dine together, be it at breakfast time or a hearty evening meal after a day by the seaside. French doors lead out onto the balcony terrace – an irresistible place to be to enjoy a glass of wine or two watching the sun set. The balcony terrace overlooks the rear of the property maintaining your privacy.

Back inside the property, there is a cosy sitting room on the lower ground floor with plenty of seating for everyone or you could use this space for some quiet time alone. French doors open out onto the large garden which has a delightful raised sun deck.

Pier Avenue is one of the best streets to choose to stay in on your Southwold holiday for the beach, but by taking a few quicker routes via streets off Pier Avenue you can easily find yourself in the heart of the bustling town with its boutiques and Adnams pubs for a beverage or two!
