Tucked away in a hidden position just off the prestigious South Green in Southwold, Toad Hall is a spacious mews-style cottage with plenty of home comforts. It wouldn't be Toad Hall without the characters from Wind in the Willows, who you will find keeping you company while you are sitting at the bistro-style garden table in the enclosed courtyard.

Toad Hall is full of character and charm, boasting a warm and fully-equipped country kitchen and a cosy woodburning stove for cooler evenings indoors. Three spacious bedrooms reside on the first floor with one of the twin bedrooms having the added benefit of an En-Suite bathroom.

The cottage is a great choice for families looking for fun days by the seaside. Gun Hill with its iconic cannons is just a short stroll away plus an easy fifteen minute walk takes you to Southwold’s charming Harbour where you can purchase the catch of the day and enjoy a spot of crabbing!
