The garage will be particularly handy for parking, for storing muddy walking boots or those looking to bring bikes to take full advantage of the glorious walking and cycling trails nearby. Located adjacent to the beach and close to Southwold's vibrant town centre full of shops, cafes, art galleries and restaurants.

Ground floor: Sitting room with sofa and armchairs, balcony, TV and DVD player, CD player and wi-fi. Dining room with table and chairs. Shower room with shower, WC and wash basin. Kitchen with electric oven and hob, microwave, dishwasher and fridge/freezer.

First floor: Bedroom 1: King size bedroom with wardrobes, bedside table, lamps and TV. Bedroom 2: Twin beds. Bathroom with overbath shower, WC and wash basin. Please note there is no hand rail in the bath however there are hand rails in the shower room on the ground floor. Laundry Room with washing machine.

Bedding: Bed Linen and towels provided (Please bring your beach towels).

Garden: Outside steep steps with handrail going down to secluded garden. Front patio area in the courtyard.
