Skylark is a beautiful, bay-fronted Victorian terraced property dating back to 1881 which has recently undergone a renovation. Just a short walk from Southwold’s bustling High Street and beach, this fabulous dog-friendly holiday home is set on a quiet street and boasts views of St Edmunds Church from the lounge and front bedroom. Enjoying an end-terrace position, Skylark has the added benefit of side access to a courtyard garden with garden furniture and offers private parking for one vehicle.

The long sitting room provides plenty of space for socialising where you’ll find a Smart TV, two sofas and casual seating. The kitchen is at the rear of the home and is also a good size with an oval dining table and chairs for dining. Just off the kitchen you’ll find a handy utility room offering access to the courtyard, plus a wet room with shower, washbasin and WC.

Upstairs there are four bedrooms; two doubles (one with a zip and link bed), and two twin bedrooms, with the principal bedroom having a brand new ensuite shower room. There’s a family shower room with shower cubicle, washbasin and WC, plus a separate WC. All bedrooms have utilised William Morris fabrics and are dressed with high quality bed linen.

Skylark is sure to make a fantastic holiday base for creating memories, exploring this stunning part of the Suffolk Coast and enjoying quality time with your loved ones.

Wet Room: Walk-in shower, washbasin and WC.

First Floor

Bedroom One: Zip and link super king size bed which can be made into two 3ft single beds (please specify your preference at the time of booking). En-Suite Shower Room with shower cubicle, double shower (large, fixed rainfall shower head and hand-held shower attachment), washbasin and WC.

Bedroom Two: Two single beds with bedside tables and lamps.

Bedroom Three: Two single beds with bedside tables and lamps.

Bedroom Four: Double bed, bedside tables and lamps.

WC: Washbasin and WC.

Family Shower Room: Shower cubicle, washbasin and WC.

Outside

Small courtyard area to the front with garden chairs spacious side access leads to rear courtyard garden with garden furniture.

Parking space for one car at the rear of the property.

NEED TO KNOW

All bed linen and towels are included but please bring your own beach towels.

One small, well-behaved dog is welcome. Please do not leave your dog unattended at the property at any time and follow the guidance outlined in our booking terms and conditions.

There is a highchair available to use. Please be aware the only bedroom which has enough space to accommodate a travel cot is the master bedroom.

Due to the size of bedrooms 3 and 4 please note there is a clothes hanging unit located on the landing for these rooms.
