Silver Shore is a fabulous holiday home close to the centre of Southwold and just a short walk from the beach. This bright, modern detached property has been lovingly renovated and provides practical and homely space for the whole family. With comfortable bedrooms including a double on the ground floor, spectacular and sociable open plan living area and an abundance of outdoor space this house will be a hit with all members of the family, including the four-legged ones.
There’s a delightful coastal feel to the modern interiors at Silver Shore. Every room is full of light, is beautifully presented and has been carefully thought out to ensure the comfort of guests. The open plan living area is a delight with two large bi-fold doors that open onto the patio and garden, while the kitchen is brimming with all the necessary appliances and gadgets to make catering a breeze during your stay, including a bean to cup coffee machine and wine fridge! The three bedrooms, a twin and two doubles each enjoy super-comfortable mattresses and hotel-standard white bed linen.
The outside space at Silver Shore is unrivalled – this large fully-enclosed garden is idea for the dog and great for family games. There’s a large slate paved patio with rattan dining furniture, plus a coal barbecue. The house also boasts plenty of parking; there’s a long driveway with ample space for three vehicles. For sandy paws or muddy wellies, there’s an outside tap too!
Silver Shore is the ideal holiday accommodation for multi-generation family holidays, or a short break away with friends.

Large entrance hall with shoe rack and wall hooks for coats leads to;

Open Plan Living Area
Kitchen Lounge/ Dining Area – Sofa and arm-chairs, Smart TV, small selection of games and books, Amazon smart speaker, dining table and chairs for six guests. Two bi-fold doors leading to the patio and rear garden.
Kitchen features include range style cooker with 5-ring electric hob and large single oven, full-size integrated dishwasher, integrated 7kg washing machine, under-counter fridge, under-counter freezer, counter-top wine fridge, Delonghi bean to cup coffee machine. Breakfast bar with three stools. Side door giving access to driveway and rear garden.
First Floor
Bedroom One – Double bed with bedside tables and lamps, chest of drawers, view of the garden, blackout blind. En Suite with WC, basin and shower cubicle with twin-headed shower. Radiator with towel rail above. There is also a clothes hanging rail on the landing.
Bedroom Two – Two single beds (3ft wide) with central bedside table and lamp. Chest of drawers, wardrobe, blackout blind.
Bathroom – Twin-header shower over the bath, WC, basin, mirror wall cabinet, radiator with towel rail above.
There is also a box room, but this is not available for guests.
Outside
Front courtyard.
Large, fully enclosed back garden.
Slate paved patio with dining table and chairs for 6 plus large parasol.
Coal BBQ (no coal or lighters are provided. Guests use at own risk and must clean it and responsibly dispose of used coals)

Private parking for three cars. Please note that although the parking area is flat the entrance to the driveway is steep and on a tight bend. Many not be suitable for cars with low suspension.
NEED TO KNOW
Towels and linen are provided but please bring your own beach towels.
One well-behaved dog is welcome at Silver Shore. Please do not allow the dog upstairs or on the furniture. Failure to follow this request may result in money being held from your security deposit.
Coal BBQ is to be used at the guests’ risk. Coal and lighters are not provided. Guests are requested to leave the BBQ clean and dispose of the coals responsibly.
