With a family history in Southwold it always feels like coming home when we return and Seaway certainly feels like home. We have stayed in many properties in Southwold over the years- all lovely but this one feels more authentic than some. The newly refurbished en-suite was an enormous surprise - it's fantastic!! So bright, modern - just stunning. The new lock on the internal side of the front door is a big improvement too. We were blessed with the weather, March is so lovely here. We'll be back in the late Autumn.

The position of Seaway House is perfect, we are so near the beach and some lovely walks. Perfect. We are always impressed with the depth of knowledge of reception staff. Whoever we see, they are always patient, and greet us with a smile. We always feel welcome. Nothing is too much trouble....we feel safe. Your staff are your front line... they are great ambassadors for the company!

Very comfortable and spacious, comfortable beds. Although tiny, back yard has everything one could need. Plenty of extra chairs in conservatory to bring out and sit in the sun. Great cosy place to sit and read! The office staff are fantastic. We always know that they will sort out any difficulty with patience, friendliness. They are absolutely charming. Nothing is too much trouble.

Its a lovely house and patio area in a great location. It also has a wide enough double bed without a foot board which is hard to find. The Durrants staff are so lovely - super helpful.

This is the loveliest home we have rented. It is perfect for us - totally central for everything we need, but tucked away, almost unseen in a spacious courtyard - and so near to the sea!! It is surprisingly spacious and obviously well loved by the owners. Thank you for all the attention to detail, we have absolutely adored our week.

We found Seaway House absolutely lovely. It was so spacious and homely. We found the location excellent and enjoyed meeting the neighbours too who were very friendly. The lounge was especially spacious and comfortable. The kitchen was modern and very well equipped. The main bedroom was spacious, light and airy. Overall an excellent weeks stay.

Had a fabulous week with glorious weather- we were very lucky. Have also enjoyed the cottage, and loved The Spode! We too enjoy Southwold as often as we can and have booked for next year! Wonderful location, very well equipped, spotless. A comfortable, large enough double bed, wide twin beds and a good power showers. Good WI-FI throughout, lovely solar and patio area with plentiful bird watching. Comfortable sitting room with enough comfy seats, plenty of crockery and very well equipped kitchen. We'll be coming back!

Just perfect- 5* We have spent a wonderful couple of days at Seaways. Cottage has a very welcoming feel to it, comfortable and tastefully furnished. Spotlessly clean and the kitchen is very well equipped. Bedroom spacious with very comfortable beds. The cottage is ideally situated for the town and beach and I will certainly recommend it to my friends and family.
