This charming cottage provides couples or small families a lovely retreat yet within easy access to Southwold’s High Street, beach & Common. The light open plan sitting room and dining area leads on to the small yet fully-equipped kitchen. There is even a small courtyard garden with seating which is the perfect hideaway. There are two bedrooms and a family bathroom spread over two floors. As expected with a cottage of this style there are some lovely traditional features including sloping ceilings and steep stairs so do be aware if anyone in your holiday group is tall!

One well-behaved dog is welcome.
There is no parking with the property however on-street parking is available along Park Lane and Godyll Road.
The annual Charter Fair takes place on South Green during May half term which is close to this cottage.
