Pin Cottage is full of Georgian character, perfectly situated in a much favoured location on Southwold's historic South Green. From the cosy sitting room you can enjoy the views over South Green and towards Walberswick, ideal for watching the world go by. The well-equipped country-style kitchen and dining area is bright and beautifully thought out, with a wonderful bay window allowing those glorious views of its prime position to be seen whilst dining together at the table. This room leads through with French doors to a small courtyard garden furniture, perfect for tucking yourself away. Pin Cottage retains many of its original period features including its narrow tread cottage staircase and fireplaces.
Residing on South Green, the cottage suits those with a love of days by the seaside, a spot of retail therapy or ramblers looking to explore the marshland and charming Harbour.

South Green is a bustling place to be during the summer. When staying at Pin Cottage you can enjoy first-hand sounds of Music of the Green and in the quieter season you can set out a picnic with family and feel at ease.

There is no parking with the property however on-street parking can be found in Park Lane and Constitution Hill.
Please be aware that due to the age and layout of the cottage, in particular the staircase, the cottage only accepts children over the age of 8 years old.
The annual Charter Fair takes place on South Green during May half term which is close to this cottage.
