Number Fifteen is a gem of a holiday cottage nestled on a quiet street close to the centre of Southwold and its award winning beach.

With a completely open plan ground floor, Number Fifteen is a fabulously sociably space, making this cottage ideal for groups of friends for a short beak, or longer family holidays. There’s deep comfortable sofas and a 32inch smart TV and a large dining table around which to enjoy delicious meals prepared in a well-equipped kitchen space. Upstairs are three bedrooms, two on the first floor and one in the converted loft space. A zip and link bed in one of the rooms gives great flexibility. The family bathroom and two en suites ensure that every guest has easy access to washing facilities so there’s no morning queue for the shower before heading out to explore Suffolk!

The owners have put great deal of thought into the renovation of this unassuming terraced cottage to create a truly luxurious abode. From top brand integrated appliances in the kitchen, to high quality pocket sprung mattresses and Egyptian cotton bedding you’ll feel thoroughly spoilt during your stay.

The décor is modern and chic and uses rich heritage colours and pale neutrals accessorised with vibrant pops of colour. There’s a tasteful celebration of all things seaside throughout, which is just charming.

Outside, there’s an attractive and fully enclosed rear garden with a delightful pagoda under which you’ll find a dining table and chairs for al fresco dining. Although there’s no private parking at Number Fifteen, roadside parking is generally available right outside or on a neighbouring street.

Open plan living/dining/kitchen space: Three 2-seater sofas, 32 inch smart TV, brick feature fireplace, dining table with chairs and bench. The kitchen has a single electric oven, induction hob, slimline dishwasher, integrated fridge freezer, microwave.

UPSTAIRS

Bedroom One: Zip and link bed which can be either a kingsize or two single beds, bedside cabinets, chest of drawers, clothes rail.

Bathroom: Accessed via bedroom one, with shower over the bath, WC, basin and heated towel rail.

Bedroom Two: Two single beds, bedside drawers, chest of drawers. En suite shower room with corner shower, sink and WC.

LOFT

Loft Bedroom: Kingsize bed, bedside lamps, chest of drawers/bureau. En suite WC and basin.

OUTSIDE

Enclosed rear garden with lawn and patio area. Pergola, dining table and chairs.
Small courtyard.

NEED TO KNOW

Bed linen and towels are provided but please bring your own beach towels.
There is a public pathway providing access to all cottages in the terrace between the back room and the garden.
