We don’t think you’ll find a better view than that from Nuage. This well-equipped and comfortable loft apartment offers stunning panoramic views across the marshes to Walberwick and along the Suffolk Coast to Sizewell from both the living area and master bedroom. Located on Southwold High Street, above the Post Office the apartment is ideally located for enjoying all the shops, restaurants and cafés the town has to offer and is just a short stroll from the beach and the Common.

The living accommodation in this third floor apartment is open plan. There is a comfortable lounge area with two sofas, smart TV and even a record player and a selection of vinyls to choose from. The dining area is next to the window so you can really make the most of the vistas at every mealtime. Rustling up a cooked breakfast or delicious evening meal is easy here as the kitchen is so well equipped. You’ll find every appliance and utensil you could need including dishwasher, fridge, freezer, microwave and Nespresso coffee machine. There’s a washing machine here too.

The bedrooms are simply furnished. The master, which has a double bed shares the same spectacular views as the living area. The second bedroom is a small double room although it is ideally suited to a single adult or child. The family bathroom has a white suite with bath and hand-held shower, basin and WC. On the landing there is a ‘cosy corner’ dressed with large floor cushions, ideal for a child or a teenager to take some quiet time to away from the rest of the family.
