This well-appointed bungalow boasts two large bedrooms, a double and a twin, an inviting sitting room and fabulous kitchen diner which opens out into a large conservatory. Its well serviced for guests’ comfort having a large family bathroom with shower over the bath, an en suite shower room and WC to the double bedroom and a WC off the utility room.

The kitchen diner really is the heart of the home here. It’s bright and airy opening out into a large conservatory that overlooks the mature garden that wraps the bungalow. The dining table has plenty of space for up to 6 people to enjoy a meal together or an evening of board and card games.

The garden is delightful space with a patio and dining table and chairs and a firepit/coal BBQ. There is a pond just outside the conservatory. The garden is peaceful and secluded with plenty of sunny or shady spots to relax with a good book and a glass of something! To the front there is parking for two small cars or one large car.

Utility Room: Washing machine, ceiling mounted pulley clothes airer, sink, storage units. Door to back garden.

WC: Toilet and hand basin.

Bedroom One: Double bed, bedside cabinets, built-in wardrobes and dressing table. En suite shower room.

Bedroom Two: Two single beds, bedside cabinets, built-in wardrobes and dressing table.

NEED TO KNOW

Bed linen and towels are provided but please bring your own beach towels.

Dogs are not permitted at the property.

There are outbuildings and a greenhouse in the back garden that are out of bounds for guests.

Guests are asked to take care around the pond in the back garden.
