Eastholme sits in the middle of a row of seven delightful Victorian terraced cottages overlooking Tibby’s Green and St. Edmunds Church. This lovely cottage has been completely renovated and extended making it a luxurious home in the heart of Southwold. Exceptionally cosy and well fitted out, Eastholme has a large sitting / dining with double doors through to a large open plan eat in / kitchen with separate utility area and shower room to the rear. Upstairs there are three double bedrooms plus a family bathroom.
The cottage is ideally located only a short walk from the beach and the High Street with its boutique shops, cafés and restaurants. Even closer across the road is Tibby’s Green playground, and a few yards further is the Adnams Cellar and Kitchen store – a Southwold institution with its wealth of wines, ales and spirits to buy and a lovely café restaurant. Perfect to pick up a bottle or two of something special to enjoy with lunch in Eastholme’s pretty rear garden – a real suntrap from Spring to Autumn.
