An impressive Gothic style cottage in a quiet nook of Southwold just a few steps from the High Street, Cobblestones is an extraordinary holiday home. Its exterior character is mirrored throughout with bespoke furniture including hand crafted cabinets, kitchen units and dressers.
The front porch leads straight to the sitting room, an inviting and sophisticated space that beautifully combines contemporary style and the historic features of the home. There’s a large fireplace with wood-burning stove to warm the toes on chilly evenings. The kitchen/diner with farmhouse table and chairs is beautiful and well equipped, with double doors out to a small rear courtyard. There’s also a study with comfortable reading chair and a desk for catching up on emails or writing postcards, as well as a downstairs cloakroom.
Upstairs the master bedroom is a bright double and there’s three single bedrooms providing space and privacy for all guests. The family bathroom has a bath with hand held shower, whilst the master bedroom as an unusual en suite shower and hand basin. Each room is uniquely and tastefully decorated with every inch of space cleverly used to create maximum storage, practicality and comfort.
Outside there’s a picket-fenced front courtyard that offers a peaceful and private spot to relax. There’s a table and chairs and a BBQ for outdoor dining and a large shed perfect for storing bicycles, golf clubs or beach equipment.
This eccentric and wonderful haven is so full of quirks and features you’ll be spotting things throughout your stay. It’s the kind of house you’ll fall in love with and want to return to time and time again.

Bedroom 3 – Single bed with dressing table and stool, cupboard with ½ length clothes hanging space
Bedroom 4 – Single bed with chest of drawers and clothes hanging rail.
Bathroom – Bath with hand-held shower, WC and sink.
Front courtyard garden with dining table and chairs. Large shed suitable for bike storage. Small rear courtyard.

There is no parking at the property but guests are permitted to drive up to the property upon arrival/departure to drop off/load luggage.
