Set on a ‘sunken’ corner plot there’s plenty of outdoor space with parking for up to 4 cars and a large wrap-around garden with a steeply sloping lawn that rolls down to a large patio for al fresco dining.
Inside, Beech House is filled with daylight. Crisp white walls and hues of pale blue and green give a subtle coastal feel. The lounge is bright and has ample space and comfortable seating for the whole family. The dining area is full of choices – enjoy a family meal at the dining table, catch up on the newspaper headlines over a coffee at the breakfast bar, or open the patio doors to bring the outside in. The kitchen is superbly equipped with a 5-ring gas hob, double oven, microwave and dishwasher. On this floor there’s also a large utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer; a shower room and WC, plus a twin bedroom that’s ideal for adults or children.
Upstairs are three further bedrooms and a family bathroom. The master bedroom is dual-aspect with a double bed and plenty of storage. The other two bedrooms are twins, one with double doors to a balcony overlooking the rear of the property.
