Aberford is a stylish and peaceful retreat just a short walk or drive from the popular seaside town of Southwold. Lovingly renovated by its owners with the help of local design consultancy Cotton Tree Interiors, this detached two-bedroom bungalow enjoys an out-of-town location, ample parking, an enclosed rear garden and a truly homely feel that will make it difficult to leave at the end of your stay. It’s dog-friendly too!
Comfort and elegance have been at the forefront when furnishing this beautiful bungalow. The beds are dressed with soft, hypoallergenic duvets and luxury white cotton bedding from The White Company. Meanwhile, the sofas in the snug and the lounge are accessorised with plump cushions and inviting blankets. The colour scheme of soft and rich greens and blues complemented with warm neutrals provokes a feeling of complete relaxation throughout this delightful holiday home.
The kitchen is well-equipped for self-catering, but if you prefer to dine out during your stay, there’s plenty of choice. The Randolph in Reydon is within walking distance as are the eateries of Southwold. The pleasant village of Wangford is a short drive away and boasts two popular pub/restaurants; The Angel and The Plough.
