3 Pier Court offers stunning views across to the iconic Pier and blue-flag beach. This charming first floor apartment is situated towards the end of Pier Avenue where traditional British seaside fun awaits.

Large windows allow plenty of natural light and one of 3 Pier Court’s many highlights include the perfectly-positioned balcony for enjoying a chilled beverage watching the world go by. The apartment suits couples or small families and you can even bring your four-legged friend, meaning no one will be left behind when you embark on your Suffolk coastal escape. What’s more, the apartment comes with a parking space, making the beginning of your holiday all the more easier.

3 Pier Court is of course perfect for those looking for a seaside escape, however for those who fancy a spot of retail therapy you’ll find Southwold High Street a pleasant walk away. There are also some great coastal walks for ramblers – head north of the Pier towards Eastern Bavents along the Suffolk coastline or head south towards Southwold Harbour and gaze across calming waters towards the charming village of Walberswick.

  • We have stayed at various dog friendly properties in Southwold and all have been excellent, but 3 Pier Court is like a home from home; ok, the location isn't central, but we knew that when we booked and, as a result, it's not that busy with footfall. This is now our second stay at 3 Pier Court, we have a third stay booked for October and are planning to re-book for next June. A draw when we booked our first visit was the parking space, gold dust in Southwold, but the balcony is an absolute bonus too.
