Sat directly over the road from steps to the beach and with Southwold Pier just a few metres away you could not wish for a better location for a seaside getaway.

Inside the apartment you’ll find two comfortable bedrooms, one with a super-king size bed the other with bunk beds (please note the top bunk is only suitable for a child), a family bathroom with shower, well equipped kitchen diner and the highlight – a spacious lounge boasting spectacular sea views from its large bay window.

There’s a subtle coastal theme throughout the apartment, with soft greys and blues complemented by striking wallpapers and tasteful furnishings. The kitchen is well-equipped with all modern appliances and all the utensils & gadgets you could need for rustling up meals during your stay.

Outside, to the back of the property is a shared courtyard. Free roadside parking is available on North Parade, or other nearby streets. Alternatively, there is a pay and display car park at Southwold Pier just a few metres away.

This stunning holiday apartment is popular with couples seeking a coastal escape or young families looking for a comfortable and practical holiday retreat.

Kitchen/Diner – single electric oven, 4-ring gas hob, dishwasher, washer-dryer, fridge freezer, microwave, dining table and chairs for four people.

Lounge – Large 3-seater sofa, three chairs and 2 further directors chairs, large TV with terrestrial channels, DVD player, large bay window with direct views of the sea

Bedroom One – Super king-size bed, bedside cabinets and lamps, cupboard for hanging clothes, shutters on windows for complete blackout

Bedroom Two – bunk beds, chest of drawers, wardrobe. Top bunk is not suitable for an adult.

Bathroom – With shower over the bath, WC, basin and heated towel rail

Outside – shared rear courtyard.

  • Best Christmas ever! Such a cosy, comfy place to come back to after long walks. All the seasonal decorations made it feel super special, as well as sitting in the bay window watching the sea and the excited dogs.
