Lovingly renovated by its new owners, 10 East Street offers super-stylish, contemporary accommodation in the heart of Southwold. With attractive open plan living space, it is ideal for a large family get together or a weekend away with friends. The High Street is just a few paces away, as is the ever-popular Lord Nelson Inn and the steps down to the beach and promenade.

Downstairs, the open plan living area is a truly sociable space. The ‘L’ shape space is cleverly designed with a large smart TV and feature fireplace, modern dining table and benches, and a separate snug area with cosy sofa, coffee table and reading light. With the town’s eateries on the doorstep you may not wish to cook during your stay, but if you do, you’ll find all the equipment and appliances you need in the carefully considered kitchen.

Upstairs you’ll find four comfortable bedrooms. Bedroom one has a comfy king-size bed and a spacious en suite shower room. Bedrooms two and three each have a double bed, while the fourth bedroom which is on the second floor has two double beds, a sofa and large smart TV making it a great den for young siblings on their family holiday. The family bath/shower room is a practical space with a walk-in shower as well as a bath, WC and sink.

Outside you’ll find a large patio garden complete with large dining table and chairs and a gas BBQ. This area is complete enclosed making 10 East Street a great choice for four-legged guests.

Front door leads to hallway and stairs:

Open plan Lounge/Diner: Large sofa and chairs, coffee table, large smart TV, feature electric fireplace, books and games. Extendable dining table and chairs, further sofa in ‘snug’ area.

Kitchen: Rangemaster with double oven and 6-ring gas hob, boiling water tap, dishwasher, under counter fridge, wine cooler.

WC: WC and basin.

First Floor

Bedroom One: King size bed, bedside tables, built-in wardobes. En Suite shower room with fixed and hand-held shower heads, WC and sink.

Bedroom Two: King size bed with wall-mounted lamps, side tables and chest of drawers.

Bedroom Three: Small double bed positioned next to the wall, wall-mounted lamps, clothes hanging rail with shelves.

Family Bath/Shower room: Shower cubicle with fixed and hand-held shower head, bath with hand-held shower attachment, sink and WC.

Second Floor

Bedroom Four: Two double beds, sofa/lounger, Smart TV, chest of drawers

Outside

Enclosed patio garden with dining table and chairs and gas BBQ.
Outhouse where the washing machine and small freezer are stored.

Lovely little finishing touches with the locally sourced soaps, incense, high quality towels etc. You’d think it would be loud as it’s right in the mix of things but once you’re in, the property is so quiet.
