Covering 248 miles over multiple days, this exciting new cycle route enjoys some of the best bridleways, byways, and tracks. The Wolf Way cycle route is a fantastic way to sightsee across the whole of the Suffolk County, passing through the coastal gems of Southwold, Aldeburgh, and Felixstowe, whilst taking you further West into Suffolk’s stunning medieval towns and villages such as Lavenham and Bury St Edmunds.
Wolf Way is considered accessible for all types of cyclists on easy terrain, but for those looking for a shorter route then Wolf Cub (60 miles) would be perfect. There are also seasonal variants of the route including Winter Wolf and East Wolf.
With Wolf Way passing through various towns and villages on the Suffolk Coast, our Southwold and surrounding villages holiday cottages are perfectly placed for an overnight stay or two whilst taking part in the cycle route. You can find all our holiday cottages perfectly placed for the Wolf Way cycle route below and what’s more, many of our holiday cottages offer storage for bicycles if required. Just speak to a member of our holiday cottages team who will be delighted to assist you with your enquiry.
If you’re holidaying with us and fancy the Wolf Way cycle challenge, then why not hire bicycles from our friends over at Southwold Cycle Hire? They can deliver bicycles to your holiday cottage or alternatively visit their hut down by the harbour for more information on bicycle hire.
