If you have been issued a voucher following a cancellation due to the Coronavirus pandemic, the voucher total will match the amount paid previously towards your holiday. Please note only one voucher will be issued per booking.

• The credit voucher is valid for bookings with an arrival date of before 31st December 2021.
• The credit voucher cannot be redeemed past the expiry date above.
• The credit voucher is non-transferrable and there is no cash value alternative.
• Only one credit voucher can be redeemed per booking.
• The credit voucher can only be used through Durrants Holiday Cottages and no other Durrants departments.
• To redeem the credit voucher you will need to make a telephone booking. Please call a member of our team on 01502 723292 and quote your voucher reference.
• The credit voucher can be used against any of our holiday cottages or beach huts.
• The credit voucher will need to be used in full against one booking.
• Once you have redeemed the credit voucher, our standard booking conditions apply.
